Hi ,

I have 75 more pounds to lose. WW is the best way to

go. You are losing weight the right way.

Just think, one step at a time. You are doing great!

, Eggbeaters are very low in points and if you use your points calculator you will find some nice 1 pt breads out there(I get mine at Costco). I eat grapenuts cereal too or lowfat yogurt. Also, I'll have a half of a papaya with low fat cottage cheese in the middle of the half....yum. The first few weeks are tough, but it gets easier. I eat a lot of spinach salads and I make burritos with whole wheat tortillas, chicken, black beans and cheese. I only use mozzarella or parmesan cheese. They are the lowest in points. For lunch I like to have a couple tomato sandwiches(toasted) with the one point bread...a whole tomato on each and light mayo...only like 6 points total and very filling. The lean cuisines are low in points...I don't like a lot of the Weight Watchers dinners...some are okay. The main thing is that you want to do cut out the fatty stuff. However, I still

have all the good stuff. I just use olive oil or fat free cooking spray and use low fat substitutions. Just about any recipe can be made low fat. Instead of regular pasta, substitute it for whole wheat or rice pasta. Soups are really good...Make a nice pot of soup and you can eat a couple bowls for just a few points each(brothy soups). If you want any cream soups or sauces, I love the fat free half and half. It's probably not the best for you, but I like it. If you put a search in online for Weight Watchers recipes, you will find a whole bunch of stuff. I have made a lot of them and they're really goos. I hope that helps. Let me know if you have any questions. GMCLADY98@... wrote: Thanks got any good tips ? I'm looking for easy quick things with little points for breakfast and lunch so i can use most of my 20 pts at dinner with husband.

For weight watchers, my friends found that Great

Harvest Bread, which is in Colorado, has bread

that has 3 grams of fiber per slice. It is the

bread I eat when I do eat bread. I am not a big

bread eater, but want whole grain when I do eat

it. I don't have a gluten intolerance. I just

avoid white starches as much as possible as they

turn to sugar very quickly in your body.
