Thanks for letting us know of 's passing. I was fortunate to

have met her in Baltimore, and the bell that she gave me there is

hanging above my computer.

I know was a fighter and I know the Lord has welcomed her into

His heaven. We now have another angel watching over us as we continue

our fight here on earth.

I wish her family and all who love her peace.

Love,

Dawn

So sad to hear about 's passing. I never got to talk to her through

messages to the group because I haven't been a member of the group too long. I

would like to carry 's name on my list of people that I am walking in

memory of in the new Avon Walk for Breast Cancer, which is a marathon & a half

or basically almost 40 miles in Cincinnati next month in May. If it is ok with

you and everyone else in the group, I would be honored to add her name to my

list. For that matter, If anyone would like me to add THEIR name to my list of

people I'm walking for, please feel free to let me know by posting to the group.

Prayers go out to her family during this difficult time.

Sad News

It saddens my heart to have to send this news, but I know that you

all would want to know. I received a telephone call tonight with sad

news that I was asked to please share with all of you.. as you were

very important in 's struggle and fight with this breast

cancer.... as you are to me.

On March 29th, 2003 - Palmer (aka palmk_77 ) lost her battle

with the dragon!! was a member of the big club, whom I got to

know when I joined the big club in 1999.

Jimmy, 's husband said that the radiation had helped to restore

her eye sight and was shrinking the tumors in her brain, but a

recent MRI indicated another tumor away from the cluster that was

not detected originally, I guess. elected to no longer take

treatment. They set up hospice on Wednesday and returned home

to God on Saturday.

's mother asked me to tell all of you " keep fighting and win

I was lucky to have met in person when she came to AZ for work

Good morming. I haven't been here in a long time. But I had to

come this morning and pay tribute to our . This is truly very

sad news.

I'm blinded by tears. I keep looking up at the pictures and the bear

she gave me in Baltimore. The video we made she gave me a super bear

hug when we left. She always had a smile for everyone. My heart,

prayers and angels go out to her family. I know how hard she battled.

God bless you . We all loved you and you will be missed very

much.

Kerri, I know that would be proud to have her name worn on your

list. I know that I love to have my name on the lists for " in

celebration " and even though we have lost , I think you will find

that everyone will say to wear her name and say a prayer for her and

for us. Doris

My friend that I told you about that had tumors on her brain stem.

Well they sent her home last week with hospice. Her family would not

allow any visitors, as she didnt recognise anyone anymore.

Last night just as I was falling asleep I felt like she was talking

to me, I felt like she was saying goodbye. I told her it was ok, she

could go be with her husband Jim, whom she had adored and missed

terribly. I told her that her family would be ok. Then I said a

prayer that her passing would be quick and easy. This morning I went

to Wal-mart and was told that she had indeed passed away last night.

That is just to weird for me. Anyway her family had her baptized

yesterday. I am glad that the last time I seen her she was happy and

shopping with her sister.
