Of course, fish and eggs are excellent sources of protein, but most vegetables are equally rich in protein. Cheese is a very useful part of the diets of vegetarians who also allow ovalactarian alternatives. If you like saltiness or sweetness , there are many varieties of cheese which have those characteristics. Look around. I hope this helps.
