I'm a 20 year old college kid who has gently slipped out of shape since I graduated high school and quit playing sports. I want to start running and getting back " in shape. " I know that I should start out slow and work my way up. Can anyone give me ,and the rest of the group, some guidance?? Or, even a workout plan that I could follow. I would really appreciate it. I know that there is someone who reads this that knows about being fit and how to get there. Running and cardiovascular are gonna be my first focuses. Thanks all for your help. f.
