I'm very interested in the green tea and the suggestions that it could help. My question is to what degree do you need to consume the tea? Are we talking 1 cup a day or do you need several to make any difference? Take care, Clare xTribal Tribal wrote: Green and black tea can slow down the spreadof

Hi Clare

While green tea studies have shown promise in a laboratory the effect on prostate cancer in humans has been inconclusive at best. What is being done here is an attempt to find a reason for a lower incidence of PCa in Asian cultures. Green tea consumption was thought to be a possible link but as yet nothing has been proven. The search has been going on for many years. Like so many things prostate, results are a little foggy in this area. I personally doubt that there is enough green tea in the world to cure cancer.

Just my opinion.

Since so little is known for sure green tea is not something that you

rely on but since to many it tastes good, there is not reason why you

shouldn't drink it. It appears to not hurt and it may help. More than

one cup per day would be better. It makes an interesting iced tea.
