Yes i have read this book and find it helpful but also overwhelming,

it has a lot of good info it just was too much all at once found

reading one little section that i was drawn to worked better then

front to back i jump around it a bit. I just sent a post about the

book Getting Through the Day and find this book has great ideas about

this subject and I have anxiety and complex Ptsd and the book with

therapy has helped lessen the symptoms significantly.
