Guest guest
Well, no exercise so far. And two days ago I had a bunch of wasas with cream cheese for the first time since the middle of September. And yesterday I ordered a chicken parm even though I knew the chicken was breaded. And to top it off, I think I am in some trouble at work for something that I approved that my boss is very unhappy about. I played a minimal part in this but it could land in my lap. So my week is going terrible. Thanks for asking though. I notice you are hanging in at 137.5. That's wonnnnnnnnnderful. a > how is your week going miss?? > Dianne > 163/137.5 > " The weakest among us can become some kind of an athlete, > but only the strongest can survive as spectators. Guest guest
Well a - it seems you ate the wasa and the breaded chicken due to the stress you are under at work (now that's my take on it) - so what will we do with you??? We could come down and beat up your boss and tell him/her to leave you alone LOL We could come down and steal all your wasa and bury those darn things. But since we can't do either of those - we will all offer our support and hope that you find the guidance and strength to turn away from the wasa next time :-)) Take Care G. 230/215/130 Sept/2000 ICQ #349692 Home Page - http://www.brunnet.net/k & l You can't change the direction of the wind, But you can adjust your sails. Guest guest
Thanks for the take on it , but I think I ate the wasas prior to the stress at work, which came in the form of a phone call from my boss on a cell phone while he was travelling in the car with HIS boss. Knew something was wrong the second I heard his name, and , lo and behold, the call came my way. Oh well, I was terrribly upset last night but not so today. Thanks for the support, , I will take all I can get. And you are my hero of the week for getting through last weekend without cheating. a Re: corky..... > Well a - it seems you ate the wasa and the breaded > chicken due to the stress you are under at work (now that's > my take on it) - so what will we do with you??? > We could come down and beat up your boss and tell him/her to > leave you alone LOL > We could come down and steal all your wasa and bury those > darn things. > But since we can't do either of those - we will all offer > our support and hope that you find the guidance and strength > to turn away from the wasa next time :-)) > > Take Care > G. > 230/215/130 > Sept/2000 > ICQ #349692 > Home Page - http://www.brunnet.net/k & l > You can't change the direction of the wind, > But you can adjust your sails. > Owner of Atkins Challengers mailing list - to join go to - > http://www.onelist.com/subscribe/AtkinsChallengers > > Please visit our homepage at http://members.xoom.com/AChallengers > You will find information, recipes, before and after pictures. > To contact the list owner please send mail to lindag@... > Visit our 2000 Train Tour Site - http://www.brunnet.net/k & l/web_site_train_tour/actraintour.htm > > >

Sorry that the scales have showed an increase - but it could just be water weight and that will disappear soon. Now you just stay on plan for the weekend and hopefully the scales will reward you Monday morning. ME and hero - thanks :-) It did feel good NOT to go off plan when faced with all the temptations.
