Jana:

In our house everyone is SCD except for Dad. He eats breakfast before

the kids are awake and usually lunch outside of the house. Dinner is SCD

for everyone as I refuse to cook more than one dinner! I keep telling my

husband that he will be healthier if he eats like us and the good thing is

that he really enjoys the nut flour baked goods. We no longer have chips,

etc.

in the house except for a small shelf out of sight for my husband. I made a

vow when we went GFCf that I would never eat things my kids couldn't have

and I couldn't totally keep it - cheated on chocolate! But I went SCD with

them in September and I haven't cheated yet! I did buy some dark chocolate

over Christmas but gave it to my husband to eat. The food on this diet is

very satisfying - I am never hungry and I really don't feel deprived. Good

luck!
