Congratulations to Santiago and his parents! Sounds like he is doing well.

You can buy probiotics from Custom probiotics, the information is on the

pecanbread website. We use Thropps UltraZyme Plus. I have been very

pleased and they seem stronger than the Kirkmans which are more expensive

and gave us no results at all. Information for both is on the pecanbread

Does he tolerate nuts in other forms... nut butter or nut flour?

Where did you get the starter to make the yogurt?

Just trying to help you solve your mystery.

by Lucy's kitchen. Is that OK?

Claudio,

The Lyo-San starter contains cow milk, skim milk powder I believe.

I would try using the Custom Probiotics yogurt starter powder if you

can get it. They also sell acidophilus powder.
