Gelatin instead of eggs? Need help

Hi - I would like to make a bread or cake recipe today.

I will try mashed up fruit again, but if someone has

use plain gelatin before in a recipe, please let me know

how much to use .. etc.

I tried going thru various websites and could not find

information on using gelatin instead of eggs.

Would appreciate feedback asap.
