I use yogurt and add Knox gelatin that is boiing hot. Am I damaging the yogurt?

Hi Diane,

Not really damaging the " yogurt " , but at least some of the bacteria will die. I

can't recall at which temp. the gelatin hardens, but maybe you can add the

gelatin mix when it has cooled to incubation temperature for bacteria. If that

works, the bacteria will live another day. :)
