It seems to me that example is evidence that the person can not perform the

duties due to their condtion, FCC isn't going to like that at all. And if

they are not able to control profanity or inappropriate radio languange,

they're violating federal law.

You can't discriminate against the illness, just the inability to perform the

job!!

Holy cow.

Thanks. I used to work with someone who, when assigned a certain position,

would call it her tourtetts position - but she didn't have the syndrome, she

just didn't like the position. I've never met someone who actually had

it.......so now I'm very curious. Like the FCC, isn't there a rule about

profanity on the air?
