Hi ,

I'm 46 and am going through menopause now. The year previous to skipping

periods was pretty normal for me, I still cycled but my hormones were all

over the place! I have a lot of headaches now and they are hormone related.

The lack of estrogen brought back some of my old fibro-type symptoms, which

totally freaked me out. As soon as I supplemented with natural estrogen,

those symptoms disappeared. Lack of estrogen in the body can cause achiness

and a host of other symptoms. You might consider having a hormone panel

done if you think you might be pre-menopausal. I'd have a test through an

ND because blood work through an MD won't be accurate. Be sure to have an

FSH test too because it will show if you are heading into menopause.

I think you will need to be patient. Six weeks is really not that long. Many of the women here who have explanted took a long time, often more than a year, getting well. I know it's hard-- I am struggling myself. After a period of steady improvement, I am suffering a setback, but I still have hope for recovery. The women here give me that hope.

It helps me to find the things I can enjoy that do not hurt or take a lot of energy, and try to appreciate life as best I can. I hope you can find some relief soon.

SYMPTOMS I STILL HAVE

First of all let me say I'm glad I had my implants removed, and I'm pretty happy with the way they look...BUT after 6 weeks, I still have weird symptoms....I get like aches in my arms, then in my hands, then my lower back will hurt, then my neck hurts, I get bad headaches it's really weird. I'll feel good sometimes then I feel like crap the next. I'm 47 I wonder if its all implant related or if I could be getting ready to go thru menopause ? My mom was here this weekend, but she has a hysterectomy so she's no help. I'm hot in the morning and at night I wake up hot, but I still have a period. I just want to be well again, before I'm old and feel like crap all the time.

Absolutely, I have used one for years and with his help in detoxing, I beat

fibromyalgia completely.

I had my implants removed one year ago. At the time I was very sick. After explant, my vertigo improved greatly, the vision problems, the rashes, sleeplessness, the TMJ all lessened. I am still very tired, with painful, weak muscles, headaches, dizziness, brain fog, but all of that is MUCH BETTER than it was with implants.

I threw a party for 100 people a few weeks ago. It totally wore me out, but there is no way I could have done it while I was sick with implants. I am able to homeschool my daughter, and I am close to completion on a book of fiction-- while I was sick I couldn't work, read, write, drive, clean the house. I was a mess. Now I am looking to go back to teaching again-- I can't say I am looking forward to it, but at least I am able to do it.

You will get there. It will take time but you will.

Getting the implants removed isn't like a magic pill, and six weeks

isn't that long ago. It takes a while to get better, these things

did damage to your immune system and that doesn't repair itself

overnight - for some people it takes years. You have to take really

good care of yourself, drink alot of water, detox, avoid sugar,

etc. It took about six MONTHS for me to start noticing subtle

differences, and everyone is different. I went through an early

menopause before I got implants, and I had none of these symptoms

until a few weeks after getting implants. The symptoms I had with

early menopause were mostly hot flashes and a period that skipped.

Menopause was a piece of cake compared to implant illness.

Have you started taking any type of probiotic? I noticed a big

change when I started taking Culturelle, which is available in Rite

Aid, CVS, the Vitamin Shoppe.
