For me I found that I need to stay off of yoghurt (goat) for awhile. I then

started taking the probiotics first thing in the morning hour before I eat

and before bed.

Always on empty stomach.

I break the capsules apart and drink, which works much better. I found my

digestion is greatly improved.

I also have been taking plant enzymes 2-3 before a meal. Right now I have

gone back to eating just veggies as meat for me is too hard to digest. So

staying off meat for a few days has helped.

Wow, you can't digest meat? What about eggs, you need some protein! Can

you tolerate nut flours/butters? What about if you grind the meats in the

food processor after cooking, would this help? I often grind cooked foods

for my dd just for this reason. She doesn't mind pureed foods and I thought

it might help her digest it. What kind of enzymes do you use?

How long have you been SCD? Your signature is unclear. If you have been

SCD for a full year have you seen healing yet?

Sorry I'm so full of questions but the concern about meat digestion was my

dh first question about this diet.
