Thank you Carey . That is what I recall to, but I cant find any

explanations of it in the book or elsewhere.

And this makes me wonder.

The honey should be filtered to remove the pollen, which can be an allergen

and/or aggravate the gut in some people. If the honey has been filtered

then it will be clear.
