Guest guest
Hi, Sheryl- " Kraft " would make me nervous. How long is it aged before it leaves the factory? 60 days minimum? Sterling Cheese Co-op raw milk Sharp Cheddar Style Cheese, aged 180 days minimum, Southwestern Wisconsin Dairy Goat Products ative, Mt. Sterling, WI Teri mild cheddar cheese I know this may be a silly question but I want to make sure I purchased kraft mild cheddar cheese, it contain (pasterized) nonfat milk and milfat cheese culture salt enzymes, annatto, natamycin( a natural mold inhibitor, my son is a liitle more active this morning is this a legal product or am I doing yet another illegal P.S this has been a constant battle, I am thinking of ordering the yogurt maker tomorrow to try the yogurt next Mom of Donnell 11year old ASD Thanks Happy New Year Everyone Sheryl ------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Guest guest
Oh. I'm sorry. Guess I'm paranoid about big corporations today.... Seem to have some vague recollection about Procter and Gamble making Sara Lee cakes or something. Re: mild cheddar cheese Actually, I think Kraft is the brand name Elaine says she personally uses. Guest guest
Relax, this is legal. tto is a vegetable-derived coloring that makes the cheese yellow and it's legal. Natamycin is a mold inhibitor and is legal too.
