Guest guest
Hi Kathy, Please see http://www.breakingtheviciouscycle.info/knowlege_base/kb/yoghurt_probiotic_count\ ..htm With 3 billion in one ml and about 15 ml in a tbsp, you'll end up with approx. 45 billion cfu's in a tablespoon. Different sites recommend different amount: 2 billion cfu's/day etc. So one Tablespoon has lots of bacteria. Sheila, SCD 34 mos UC 20 yrs mom of SCD 19 mos Does anyone have an idea what the minimum amount of yogurt would be to get the maximum benefits from it? Right now I'm having to spoon feed it to , because she doesn't like it and gags if I overdo it and she's only getting about a tablespoon full, because I mix it with pear sauce for the taste. I'm happy to do this more often if need be, but just thought I'd ask. Kathy
