Alternating Trophies with Loose Stools

My ASD son has been on the SCD for about 1 month. He now has bowel

movements usually every other day rather than every day as was his

previous habit. He quickly began to have " trophy " quality bowel

movements but they're often very large for a child of his age (19

months). It's typical for him to have a large trophy, followed by

yellowy, loose stool in kind of an alternating pattern. Is this a

typical pattern in the early stages of the diet or is this a sign we

need to alter his diet. He's still eating mostly stage 1 foods

though he does have nut butter and a little nut flour. We just

recently added a little eggplant and apricot.

We had just come off a course of anti-fungal/antibiotic treatment for

his organism overgrowths when we started the diet. We had tremedous

developmental gains at this point but we are now starting to see some

regression and I fear the bugs may be re-colonizing.

Any inputs would be appreciated. Thanks!
