Guest guest
Hi I am moving toward the idea of starting the yogurt. My son is VERY casin sensitive.. within 12 hours of removing it we saw incredible gains in him and within days all sensory issues had disappeared that had been major issues for over a year of his short life.. So... I don't approach this lightly. I'd like any feedback from anyone who has used the yogurt on a very casin sensitive child and also would love recommendations on a yogurt machine. I am thinking an inexpensive walmart one to begin with until I am sure this will work for us at this point in time. I'm assuming Walmart has one! Has anyone gotten an inexpensive machine and had good luck?If so, what brand. Thanks for any guidance. Also.. I am intersted in the nut yogurt but it seems from the archives that we are not sure of it's benefits yet. Is that right? Last question..where do I find the goat milk product?? I saw that starter is available from Custom Probioitics I think... Sorry for the post so near the holidays but I have this gut feeling that it is time to do this and I don't want to make a mistake or try to " reinvent' the wheel " with so much experience here. I did not find these answers per se online and would apprecaite any input. Thanks again! BUT I have promised Harry from Custom Probiotics to send him therecipe so he can test things at the lab. Marjan
