Guest guest
Hi Everyone! Is it possible to somehow make milk out of zuccini and then turn it into yoghurt? Pardon my culinary ignorance. I was inspired by the nut yoghurt postings! Hope
Guest guest
You can use juiced zucchini to replace milk in recipes. I have used it to make a mock ranch dip before. I think it might be too thin to make yogurt out of it, but you could try it. Who knows, it might be a big success. You will have to put honey in or the starter won't have anything to feed on to ferment. Jody mom to -5.0 and -7.
