Oh..... please tell me you meant " snack " ...... not " smack " ! :) No, I know you

did....just teasing you!

I'm not sure what could be going on..... this diet just changes the whole

metabolism. I suppose this could be some die-off..... but hopefully it's

temporary. You might try putting him in the tub with epsom salts at that time of

the day........ they help with detoxing.

Keep up the great work..... I'm sure it will get better. It's always a good sign

when you're seeing good stuff along with the bad.
