Effects on Yogurt

Jeanne -

I'm going through the exact same thing as you. We've been on the diet for 3

months and just started the goat yogurt a couple of days ago. I am using

enzymes for Zachary and have been since a month into the diet. Zachary has made

definite gains with SCD but since we started the yogurt he is acting hyper and

having outbursts and tantrums and some resistant behaviors. At first, I have

felt that his language has not been as good, but tonight he is speaking very

well and he actually put together a tinker toy for the first time ever.

Usually, he likes to play with this but cannot do it himself.

Anyway, I don't have the answers to your questions, but it was helpful for me

to read your post, so I thought you might want to hear someone else is going

through the same thing. It scares me to death to see some of the old

behaviors but as long as I don't see serious regression or brain fog, I am going

to

stick it out 2-3 weeks.

Jeanne...... The key point here is that you are seeing good stuff, too. This

*usually* is a good sign..... and most would conclude that it's actually kind of

a new round of die-off and should be temporary. But only you can judge..... if

you feel you need to, simply pull it for now and try again later. You've got to

weigh out the good against the bad and decide what you think is best.

I noticed that he has been short tempered/tantrums, a little hyper and

aggressive. The good effects are the language has been clearer.

Could this be a die-off or intolerance?
