KABOUCHI SQUASH-IS THIS LEGAL

i have been using the japanese kabouchi squash like a pumpkin-very

sweet and dense. its too good so i am beginning to wonder is it too

starchy, sweet. is any one else using it?

i have been baking it and then using the meat to make elaine's

pumpkin cookies. paul loves them(not too much-he doesn't only want

to eat that). i just want to make sure.

i like kabouchi to, very sweet when pressure cooked.
