Guest guest
-It really depends on your body. Xanax is of course great for relaxing, ambien has worked really well for me with no side effects, I take a 10 mg and cut it in half. I have not developed a tolerance to it, which is good, and I can go off it and not have problems, I just can't seem to sleep without dreaming. I remember being as sick as you are, just remember you are in the worst and it will get better. I can see glimpses of who I used to be again, but don't expect to be normal any day soon. Hang in there, don't be hard on yourself, look at this as a time to manage the symptoms so you can heal. Guest guest
Gretchy, when I had implants I averaged 3 hours of sleep per night - now I sleep the whole night through. Guest guest
Thanks Rogene,I mostly interested in it for traveling on a long flight. Thanks for your helpful info!LaurieOn Feb 28, 2007, at 7:02 PM, Rogene S wrote:Laurie, I REALLY liked Ambien . .. I slept like a baby with it. . . I didn't take it very long because my insurnace company balked. . . so I've taken Temazapam for years . . Aa far as I know, I don't have any side effects. I'd still like to quit taking it, but I'm addicted to sleep! The downside to it is that it can cause you to have amesia about things that happen after you take it. If you take it, be ready to go to sleep. Don't be in any situation where you may need to drive or do something important before you've slept it off.
