Didn't you know that chocolate is the fifth food group?????!? :)

Seriously, I read an article somewhere that studies have been done and

cardiac benefits have been found from chocolate in the diet....I LOVED that

article. Have a good week end everyone!

Good Afternoon everyone...

Hi ... say, you touched on a very good point. Because you were

bulimic at one point, I would ask your doctor about that and see what he

has to say. I for one, would be interested in hearing what he had to

say on that theory.

I find myself eating things I never use to eat before. I eat cheese and

meat...actually crave it. Now I'm on a streak of wanting salads. A lot

of times I find myself also wanting sweets just to gain that little

spurt of energy. I know thats not good to do. I just hate the fatigue

all the time.

hey guys dont feel bad aboutweight gaining because i have gain so much weight

in last year or two, to tel you the truth i used to weight 110lbs and now i

weight 175lbs and im a teen so imagen how hard it was and and still is fro

me, so dont fell bad, but the good news is that the man i love is still with

me now matter what he has been here through my good times and my bad times.

i hope everyone is doing ok

You've put on the same amount of weight as I have. It's just the pits

but what can we do...lol I can't begin to tell you how wonderful it is

to hear that your man has stood by you through all of this. He's very

special and I'm sure you already know that. I hope your doing well and
