Guest guest
Happy New Year everyone! After ACM surgery two and a half years ago and recovery, my nsg told me it was okay to resume regular activities. Some of my symptons receded, some didn't and probably never will according to him. What I was very grateful for was the halt of the progression of ACM. I am concerned now after reading many of these postings that symptoms will start to reappear and another decompression is possible. Is there anyone out there who was helped (and stayed that way for more than a few years) after just one surgery? I am amazed at the stamina of so many people here because I don't know if I could handle another surgery. Please give me some hope!
