Nausea or feeling queasy is a warning sign for several reasons.

blood sugar is too high, or too low

sodium content in your blood is too high

dehydration

kidney problems

liver problems

gallbladder problems

pancreatitis

Taking some drugs can also cause nausea to set in. Try taking them

with food to alleviate the queasy feelings.

Sometimes just being tired will make you feel queasy and lightheaded.

Nausea can be helped by drinking or eating ground ginger; ginger is

a natural remedy for nausea problems.

Sources of ginger:

Ginger snap cookies

Ginger tea

Ginger ale

Ground ginger (spice)

When I am feeling nauseous, I can usually ward it off with this combination:

Hot ginger tea made with ginger ale instead of water.

If you do not have "ginger tea", you can make your own with regular

Lipton Tea (or any brand).

Use one tea bag per 8 ounces of liquid (ginger ale is preferred). You

do not want it to be a strong tea.

Pour boiling ginger ale over tea bag.

Let steep 2 minutes only.

Remove tea bag and sweeten with a bit of sugar or honey, you can add

a touch of cinnamon as well.

If you do not have any ginger ale, use water to steep the one regular

tea bag and add 1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger to the tea.

I dip my ginger snap cookies in the hot tea. Usually helps me regain

my tummy.
