Guest guest
What did Ron mean in regard to a privacy clause about not wanting joining this group, I didn't understand the meaning of that statement? You had said this before, I thought you were just joking, thats why I said this list isn't technical enough for him, just a statement. carol

If he doesnt want to be on THIS list... oh well so be it.. but why do we have to discuss him.... discuss what he says what he does, and all that... i'm beginning to think that i'm gonna hear about it if Ron has gas..... <sarcastically said> If you want to know about what Ron said, in some private chat with someone.... why dont you ask Ron, or ask the person who quoted it privately (Carol this is not directed at you specifically, i just happened to pick up your quote as the straw that broke the camels back) i'm sorry but i get plenty of mail, and i dont see this as being at all informative, or helpful to the diabetic list as a whole... I let it go initially, and was patient and tryed to delete and ignore etc... because i do feel for folk that got kicked off a list.... but i dont think it needs to go on, and on, and on.... there are a lot of folk on this list who have differing viewpoints about Diabetes type 1 or type 2 We can all share our common interests and what we find works, and does not work... We do not need to look to, and pray to Ron, or any other diabetic guru... for those who do, i'd like to ask that you go to his list to do so.... stay here too, post here also... but dont post about your Ron religion I know that this is a bit inflamatory... but its NOT directed at anyone in particular... other than maybe at the contingency of folk who are Ron worshipers.... Flames accepted as a way for you all to deal with your stress, (i'd hate to be the cause of your blood sugar going up <G>) But Flame me in private... not on the list. please. Some of the people on Ron's list don't trust egroups but do trust Topica. I like egroups better, probally because they let the moderator have more control. A high blood pressure list I'm on is at egroups. It's set up so ANY LIST MEMBER can add links to the groups webpage, though it appears to only have links from the moderator and me. Egroups also lets the moderator set it up to strip attachments, as has been done with this list. It prevents the virus that come in MS Word documents and others.
