You might also try dripping your yogurt, if you haven't already...... that

removes some of the tart " goaty " taste.

Line a colander with a tea towell and place the whole thing over a bowl. Pour

the yogurt in (but make sure it is all done with it's 24 hrs of fermenting and

has chilled in the fridge for 6 to 8 hours first), put the whole contraption

back in the fridge for a few hours. I do mine overnight sometimes. A lot of the

liquid will drain off and you'll be left with a very thick product..... almost

like sour cream..... that is much less tart and has less of the goat-ish

taste...... but all of the good bacteria. :)
