Patty, this is great advice for everyone to keep copies of their medical records! It is our only chance of having some kind of evidence which may help in the future! I've seen others who were taking Diflucan complain of feeling worse,

and I wonder if it's because the fungus is dying off. I recall when

fungus is dying off, we feel worse. You should ask Dr. Kolb's

thought on that when you get there.

True . . . The die-off of fungal organisms is toxic in iteself . . That's why it's necessary to drink a lot of water to help flush the toxins.

Many doctors are reluctant to prescribe antifungals because of this.

how do i forgive myself for not going to kolb first?

i would maybe be better by now and i feel so sick inside now.. when

before i was just dizzy and tired. my parents and i trusted him and

now i am sicker. i wish i could go back in time and go to kolb first.

is it too late for me 8 weeks post implant to get better when i got

sick this fast? sorry im so crazy i just need help forgiving myself

once again.

To All,

May I suggest to walk into your old PS office straight off the street to get your medical records. I did this and caught them off guard. This way they don't have time to shred important records and hide things. Walk in and demand on the spot. If you want to be really smart but a small tape recorder in your bra, in case they refuse you records that are yours. God Bless!!!!!!

You definitely have to forgive yourself, but that takes work and you

have to reprogram your thoughts and try not to obsess over the

decisions you've made. When you feel yourself thinking negative

thoughts about yourself because of this, stop yourself and in place

of the negative thoughts give yourself a break for being human. Not

too many people get better a few weeks after explant, so go easier

on yourself. Even though you only had the implants a few weeks,

they started a chain reaction that is still happening. Did the

doctor you used say that you did not have capsules formed yet? I

don't know how long they take to form, so that's why I'm asking.

Or, did the doctor say you had capsules but decided to leave them

there?

Gretchen: Please try to stop beating yourself up about this. If you hadn't gotten your implants out when you did, you could be worse now too. I would've like to have gone to one of our recommended doctors for my explant, given the choice, but had to get them out quickly as I think my body was quickly going into toxic shock or something by the time I figured out it my implants. I went to my implanting surgeon and now two years later I'm going to Dr. Kolb for another surgery. Try to stay positive--it's only a few days until you'll be seeing Dr. Kolb. I just cant beleive im doing 3 surgeries in 8 weeks and it was the

biggest fear i had going into implants in the 1st place. I wanted

them out so bad 3 weeks ago that I just went to him and trusted him

and now its backfiring big time. I cant sleep, my body is grinding

inside, I have hot burning skin and joints, and my memory is gone..

and all i had 3 weeks ago was dizzy spells and tingling hands. I feel

so sad inside that i didnt listen to the ladies here I was just so

desperate to get them out. Please pray some of this is irreversable

for me. I am not strong enough for this... i need to at least feel a

little better to give myself some hope.

You are not alone. A number of women have had to have repeat

surgeries within weeks, and they got better. Just believe that you

will and you will make it happen.

Honey, please know that we are all here for you. I am so sorry that you are sad and afraid, but everything will be okay. The people who allowed these devices back onto the market will pay. When you see Dr. Kolb, she will help you, and if you need more surgery it will make you better.

Gretchen. honey, I did call Dr. Blais, and asked him to fax us some material on the Cohesive Silicone Gel, and this morning he did try to fax it to us, but we had forgotten to turn it on. We have it on now, and we are waiting for him to fax us the information. When it comes in, I will scan it for you and post it. is taking me out for a short while, but we will be home soon. I have not been out of our home for a week.

Excellent idea ! Just wanted to add that many of the newer MP3 players have voice recording abilities. They are super tiny and can be easily put on a keychain or lanyard and it wouldn't be noticed.Tracitoxicsalines@... wrote: To All, May I suggest to walk into your old PS office
