Jody mom to -5.0 and -7.3 ------------------------------------------------------------------- Autism One 2004 Daycare Center Make New Friends Bring Your Children! A conference is a great place to meet, exchange information, and possibly make some new friends. The same is true for our children. The onsite daycare center will provide a supervised meeting room full of games, art supplies, and activities for children to enjoy together (group activities will be encouraged) or individually. Knowledgeable and experienced Easter Seals workers will provide the care and constant attention our children require. All children are welcome. Parents are welcome as well. Stay as long as you want. Siblings and peer buddies will fit right in. Joan s and her fifteen-year-old son, , are organizing the activities. Joan and are the co-authors of The Self-Help Guide For Special Kids And Their Parents ( Kingsley, 2000). They have organized meeting rooms for MAAP organization conferences. Both will be presenting at the conference. Daycare Center Hours Opens a half-hour before the start of the conference each day and closes a half-hour after the conference so you will not miss any presentations. Thursday May 27 7:30 am to 5:30 pm Friday May 28 7:30 am to 5:30 pm Saturday May 29 7:30 am to 5:30 pm Sunday May 30 7:30 am to 5:30 pm Confirmation is Required Please contact Joan s at jlm927@... or by phone at from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm CST to make arrangements and if you would provide the following information: How many days? How many children? Morning sessions or afternoon sessions? Any special instructions? We'd love to hear your ideas. Let Joan know what activities you might like to see. Cost and Availability (please note payment is made onsite at the conference) Morning session 7:30 am – 12:30 pm $25.00 Afternoon session 12:30 pm – 5:30 pm $25.00 All Day 7:30 am – 5:30 pm $40.00 Individual one-on-one childcare is available for $13.00 per hour.
