H Roe. We may want the toxins to leave quickly, but they don't always want to

go! They can recirculate and redistribute themselves in a new location if a

body can't eliminate them fast enough. Lose one symptom to gain another. I had

a herxheimer reaction that lasted for months and I'm still not where I was

before I started trying to kill candida too quickly. I was walking then and I'm

not now. Think about it. Get your house cleaned first, starting with the

colon, followed by the kidneys, then the liver. Start slow and you won't shock

your system. I'm speaking from experience. I tend to want to rush things.

I actually think it is better to start on higher amounts and to go

through the cleansing process. This shows that the product is

working and we WANT those toxins OUT as quickly as possible! The

cleansing/detox only lasts a few days and there are ways to help

relieve some of the nasty responses. I have a tape that I would be

happy to share that talks about detoxing and cleaning on

glyconutrients, just send me an email and I will get it to you. I

personally take 2 Tablespoons per day, and when I am feeling bad, I

will go up to 3 tablespoons a day. I have had awesome results with

2 though and stick with that amount. I also take the antioxidents,

phytoserols, probiotics, omega 3s, and phytochemicals. They all

work together to get the body to start healing!

I agree, I get everyone started on digestive enzymes and bowel cleanses

first and get the bowel in really good working order. If person has

been on lots of drugs and is really sick, more cleansing might be in

order for the liver too. Then we start rebalancing the immune system.

Most people I have helped over the years completely quit when the

cleansing reactions got too bad. I think everyone is different and their

symptoms are different and what lead up to the disease is different.

SOme people repsond really quickly to nutrition and others don't seem to

respond at all.

, do you think you still have candida??? How could you with the

great diet and all the supps??

Hi . I don't think I still have candida and haven't for a long time. As

you know, Ambrotose has mannose in it and candida hates that! It ran the

candida out of town. I thought some of my symptoms were candida (like yellow

toenails), but that's actually a liver issue, bile. I think that bile is also

responsible for pooling lymph, swelling feet. I do attribute my improvement to

diet and supplements. Not all of the supplements I've taken have been good, but

I've stuck with those that have helped me.

Hi ,

There is just so much in the world these days that can be affecting us

without us even knowing. I live in an area where tons or produce is

growing and being sprayed. I will be driving down the road through

clouds of orange dust sometimes. I hold my breath and drive fast but

you have to wonder how that affects you over time. I just think we have

to do everything in our power to stay healthy these days and that is not

easy.

Yes people aren't always taught the proper way to get started on

glyco...this is TOTALLY true!

Why do you disagree with taking more product while suffering from

Herx? This is what they teach us, the more detoxing that is going

on, the more need for products to pull the toxins out. I would be

interested to know your thoughts. I personally haven't gone through

Herx (don't ask me why because I was on more prescriptions drugs

than any human should EVER take). I have heard it is quite painful

and uncomfortable!
