I know everyone's different but when you girls say your neurological problems are gone,how long does it take after explant ? I just want to hear one day I will be better.

Thanks girls, you don't know how bad I need to hear that. The one good thing is I don't have the same type of breast pain anymore, but I still have bad headaches,stiff neck,achy joints,brain fog etc.... I just hope and pray that one day soon I'll be me again,smarter but me again..LOL I got the GLAMOUR that Kacey was talking about and there is a lot about breast implants and them not lasting a life time,but it really only admits that the symptoms we all are having can come from silicone,well I'm one to say I got those same symptoms from my saline implants. It differs from person to person, depending on how bad their symptoms are, if the process is an autoimmune process or not, their nutrient levels, stress, etc., etc. etc.

What I can tell you is that all of my neurological problems disappeared. I had numbness, tingling, twitching, creepy crawly feelings, brain fog, cold hands and feet, and cognitive dysfunction, mental sluggishness, (does that cover all the neurological signs you are having?) and ALL of that is now gone.

Yes, you can get better someday! Let my testimony give you hope! Just be patient! I had up and down days, times when the symptoms would disappear for a few months only to reappear later once again, but eventually they all just stopped coming. They would be less and less in intensity over time, and come fewer and farther between. I have read that it takes about 2 years for brain cells to regenerate...I don't know if that is true or not, but let that give you some general idea of how long healing might take.

Nerve cells, including brain cells, take longer to regenerate than any

cells in the body, up to 2 years. And it took me at least two years, even

more, to detox and get my life back. I would have very good days, then

crash, then more good days, and the good days became more and more until

the worst of the symptoms left.

My memory came back about s to 8 months after explant. It was weird it

was all of a sudden it was just back. I mean at Christmas last year I

was with my family at K-mart and we split up so we could by our gifts

for each other and I ended up crying at the customers service desk

because I was lost. It was like I was a little girl who lost her mommy.

I didn't know why I was there who I was with or anything. I was very

scared. I thought I was getting alzheimers. I would be in the car just

blocks from home and not know where I was and be all turned around.

Then one day it was all just gone. Now I remember everything I did

before.

I was at least that bad so I know what you mean.

That's how I am - at first I'd have a good day, then a bad day, then

a few good, and a few bad. Now the good outweigh the bad, but I

still have some bad. I notice when I get my hair highlighted, I

have some bad days. I've stopped cleaning with toxic chemicals,

because I noticed when I cleaned I'd feel terrible the next day. A

year post-explant and I've noticed alot of improvement, but I'm

still not perfect.

Yes, we all have symptoms like that that come and go. Especially when

exposed to toxins.
