Guest guest Posted May 31, 2003 Report Share Posted May 31, 2003 For those who are preparing goats milk yoghurt, is it a given that you would prepare goats milk yoghurt cheese in place of the dry curd cottage cheese? Or have some individuals (who may be sensitive to cow milk yoghurt) done okay with the dry curd cottage cheese? Thank you. We are set to get started on the SCDiet on Sunday (only one more day! I'm feeling so unprepared. Given that I can't do any of the dairy yet, and that my son is so limited in what he eats, I think I'm going to try to bake something on the SCDiet right off the bat.
