Guest guest
If you had movement, it's normal for everything to be sensitive. You should probably start with some bland, easy foods, ..rice, for example. I wouldn't be surprised if the nausea is due to old things finally moving. Your body doesn't want food right now, so don't try to force it on it. There's a reason it's speaking to you like that. Be patient. I bet you'll feel better soon. ~amy > > I started the apple diet last monday and did it for 3 days and since > then I cant eat anything. Guest guest
Hi Amy-I've never done the apple diet, but I have done fasts and that is normal with a fast to wait till food is appealing before you eat. ~amy > > I started the apple diet last monday and did it for 3 days and since > then I cant eat anything. Guest guest
Hi , Try eating some whole grain rice and see if you can get that down. You will need to eat something or you will get really weak! You m ight be in the middle of a cleanse which is what the diet would cause to happen. Once you get eating again you should feel better. wrote: >I started the apple diet last monday and did it for 3 days and since >then I cant eat anything.
