If you had movement, it's normal for everything to be sensitive. You

should probably start with some bland, easy foods, ..rice, for

example. I wouldn't be surprised if the nausea is due to old things

finally moving. Your body doesn't want food right now, so don't try

to force it on it. There's a reason it's speaking to you like that.

Be patient. I bet you'll feel better soon.

Hi Amy-I've never done the apple diet, but I have done fasts and that is normal

with a fast to wait till food is appealing before you eat.

Hi ,

Try eating some whole grain rice and see if you can get that down. You

will need to eat something or you will get really weak! You m ight be in

the middle of a cleanse which is what the diet would cause to happen.

Once you get eating again you should feel better.
