Guest guest
Hi Edie. As you already know, our soil is deficient, our produce picked before it's ripe and produce at the grocery store is genetically modified, irradiated and sprayed with petroleum products to make them shine (not to mention the fertilizer and pesticide toxins used). Ever see a worm hole in grocery store produce? Needless to say, we need vitamin supplements if we don't eat organic, raw food, if not every meal, at least a portion of them. It's hard to get enough of some vitamins without supplementing. I think the kind and amount you take is subjective. I take vitamin B-12 because I don't eat meat. I take B-6 because it assists B-12. I eat plenty of organic greens (magnesium), vegetables, lately whole, non-glutenous grains, and fruit with vitamin C and anti-oxidants. I eat sprouts that are high in protein and I also eat nuts and seeds (sesame seeds contain calcium). I also take cod liver oil supplements with vitamin D. I eat Dr. Schulze Superfood and occasionally, Hempseed protein powder. I take liquid ionic minerals because minerals are necessary for every function of the body. I take systemic and digestive enzymes to further support those functions. Supplements are absolutely necessary today. You might need to assess your needs. I'm not always a slave to protocol. Sometimes I skip a few doses or days, or I double up on days, depending on what I eat or how I feel. I'm glad your pain went away. Edie Neil wrote: , you're message was helpful and a reminder. Since I just started the glyconutrients, it's the perfect time to record symptoms. I'm like you, I woke up this morning with my hip hurting in the joint and then it was going down my leg. After I'm up walking on it, it seems to go away. I know you were answering Roopa, but should we be taking any vitamins supplements in addition to the glyconutrients? I can see why the B vitamins would be good but don't currently take anything. Edie --------------------------------- Have a burning question? Go to Yahoo! Guest guest
Thanks for your input , I'm not much on supplements but wasn't sure what to do. What you said makes so much sense.
