Regarding vitamins, I got the order for my new vitamins yesterday and had a

question. I got some Creatine and the Brain Wellness Book says to take it

on an empty stomach. I asked a man here how he takes it for muscle building

and he takes it at any time with juice or water. I take it with juice but

that seems to defeat the empty stomach requirement. I usually eat fruit

mid-morning and mid-afternoon and so, it seems to me, I almost never have a

time when my stomach would be empty. Should I take it right before bed?

Please give me your thoughts.

I stopped in a plumbing supply store here to get pricing on grab bars,

shower chair and a different shower and then read that everyone else gets

the stuff at Walgreens and Wal-mart. I have never seen that here at

Walgreens but have not looked at Wal-Mart, will have to go this weekend. I

saw some comments about Medicaid paying for it but not medical insurance.

Has anyone gotten their medical insurance to pay for this stuff?

Could someone give me Dr. Prahl's phone number or e-mail address? I would

like to talk to him about the program he uses for treatment to see if I

could afford it. I hope everyone is having a great day. Regards, Sue

Ellen

at one time the doctors thought that leg braces would help me and the

insurance the company carried fought me on it but in the end they paid

for them. on the other hard, another insurance company for a different

employer wouldn't pay anything for anything because they said 'it' was

part of my pre-existing disability - even if it was for a yearly check

up and i was paying half of the cost. i fought tooth and nail for three

years and unfortunately they won. so, i would say it depends on the

insurance company.
