Guest guest
Oh; so you correlate a Healthy Benefial Bacteria in the Intestines to be augmented with a Raw-Foods Diet? I coud agree with that. The Raw Foods Diet; as first outline by Jesus Christ in the Ancient Dead Sea Scrolls called the Essene Gospel of Peace outline this: a. Do not cook your fruits or Veggies NOR freeze them. b. Eat fresh fruits and veggies and nuts in season. c. Sprout your Grains to make sun-oven flat breads. This was ALL written OVER 2,000 years ago; orig. text in museums. You can purchse the Eseence Gospel of Peace and read it yourself. The Essence were a group of Health food fanatics helping Jesus. . Thank you for the information on the Pro-Bitoics;really fascintating! I did not fully comprehend the amount of Pro-Bitoics we do need.THNX- -- In mscured , " Sharon " wrote: > > Yes, a small amount will help but the problem is that bacteria will > die off daily and especially if you are not on a 100% raw food diet, > you need to replace your bacteria almost daily.
