Guest guest
I am curious what grey salt is and what the health benefits are for it? I changed to the himalayan sea salt which is pink after reading about the health benefits. I found a great deal on my salt at the Swanson vitamins website. I am not sure if they have the salt your looking for but you might check there. Guest guest
Hi, I tried in the past, pink himalayan sea salt from saltworks, and the pink salt from Swanson. Bee changed her policy on the pink sea salt, in that it was not really salt from the ancient sea beds. At any rate, the gray salt I mentioned is from the sea, as well as produced in clay beds. The clay added to the mineral content. It does add very good taste to whatever it is added to, and dissolves easy in water, and the egg drink. We are to get 1 and 1/2 teaspoons a day, in divided doses. It helps digestion and the adrenal glands. Guest guest
Thank you all for the information on salt. I am a little upset that I thought all the research I had done ( Dr. Mercola's website, etc) was accurate that the himalayan was the best salt for our bodies. I have a big jug of it I purchased from Swanson VItamins. I am going to buy the grey salt that suggested soon. I had no idea the Himalayan had flouride in it. That greatly disturbs me because I know how toxic flouride is and I no longer purchase " normal " toothpaste or any chemical laden products at all. Is there any websites that you could guide me to that have information about the iron and flouride? Also, any other information on the grey salt? Thank you very much for your help.
