Hello:

I am passing on this press release I received about a new website for adult

children of those with a borderline parent. I don’t usually send out press

releases, but in this case I am.

PRESS RELEASE:

Are you an adult child or kid-of-borderline parents? If you are, then you are

not alone. Nearly one person in 30 grows up in a home with BPD. Although

common, BPD is one of the least understood of mental illnesses, as are its

complicating effects on children in the family. Children often live with shame,

guilt, anxiety, symptoms similar to post traumatic stress disorder and

developmental problems for decades into adulthood without ever realizing that

their suffering was not their fault.
