Once a guy joined and his address was horny 69 at hotmail but I was glad to see he did not stay long. I was surprised to see so many $$%#$% groups with almost the same title as mine at egroups and they were not talking about their pets. Imagine!! Okay I have my low carb lunch all packed for work tomorrow. Here it is 1 sausage with no fillers made right here in Stewiacke sliced cheese Black Diamond says 0 carbs SF jello 12 c lettuce with one floret of cauliflower and 1 T dressing 8 chicken wings that has the nerve to say 0 carbs but has sugar listed as one of the ingredients.
