2nd POST regarding - VOLUME vs. OZ.

Hi all, I posted this question yesterday morning and it hasn't shown

up yet, so forgive me if you get this twice. Here goes: I am

confused about Volume vs. Ounces. The papers my doctor gave me

states this: A MEAL SHOULD CONTAIN NO MORE THAN 4-OUNCE VOLUME. So

does this not mean 4 oz. at each meal?? HELP, I really don't

understand and I don't want to screw up now. I don't understand the

difference between ounces and volume. THANKS
