Guest guest
I like to wear sandals. I guess everyone who has insoles wears full shoes mostly, huh? ronit De-Saban wrote: Hi Everyone, I hope you will all enjoy the magnetic insoles. Mine also have bumps on on side of them. I never wore them with the bumps side. I always make sure that my feet are on the flat side. I actually don't remove them, and I never felt I needed to remove them after a couple of hours or so, but when I bought them I was warned that it can happen and that some people need to get used to it. I certinally didn't want to run throughout the period of time I didn't wear them, but now that I started using them again, I feel lighter, my feet no longer feel like elaphents :-) I so wish you will all enjoy and feel better, with higher enrgy. Good health to us all, Ronit
Guest guest
Hi Alison - I was wondering if you could tell me where you got these insoles? Also I was interested in the serrapeptase and curcumin, what website do you get yours off of? I wasnt sure if a certain brand was better than the other. Guest guest
Hi . I ordered the insoles from Sharon (hotmocha). I like SerraEzyme brand because Redfern, the company owner has done many scientific tests and much research. He's even written a book about serrapeptase and the benefits of it. The company is Good Health Naturally. I'm not sure that one brand is better than another only having used this one. Vitalzyme systemic enzymes also contain serrapeptase. www.goodhealthnaturally.com I haven't used curcumin except as a spice, turmeric. Guest guest
Are you thinking that is a good thing to have your BP go up???? Guest guest
I highly doubt it is themagnetic therapy. Increasing circulation can only lower blood pressure. Many times we could be pre-hypertension throughout the day because of hormones or various reasons. What was your BP if you don't mind me asking? Best wishes, Kathy Re: My report on magnetic insoles I went from having normal blood pressure to having pre-hypertension in one day with the magnets. Either my circulation is increasing or something else (food, serrapeptase) has caused my blood pressure to rise. I'll have to keep doing the tests to see if there is an average, but it may be hard to determine what caused the difference. http://hypertension-facts.org/hypertension-diagnosis.html > > My blood pressure today is 130/88 after wearing the magnetic insoles > continually since I got them yesterday. Guest guest
The blood pressure you listed at first is not even considered normal anymore, the doctors want you practically passing out, that way they can prescribe more drugs. My friends BP has gotten down to normal since taking nutritinoal approach and the doctor still wants him on 1 pill per day. Every time he calls me his pressure is so low I worry about him. The new BP you have is higher then normal but you would have to take it over a period of a few days and see if it remains the same. Guest guest
I think it would more likely be the Serreptase, I was reading about this same problem occuring with one of the products I take, same idea clearing the arteries. Just keep an eye on your BP. Pugh wrote: >130/88. I doubt it was the magnets too. I thought that my circulation would improve and change the numbers. I didn't expect to become pre-hypertensive. Yesterday my BP was 122/75. I also took some serrpeptase. It could be clearing out my arteries. I don't think it does that so fast though. > > >
Guest guest
Mine (actually my mother's) is a home use type. I'm not going to be concerned unless I have unusual symptoms. I feel great. arlizotte@... wrote: My BP ranges from 115/58 to 120/75 and numbers in between. I get it done every week by a nurse with a regular cuff and stethoscope. She says this is a good BP reading. I had a substitute nurse one week who used a LED type that went around my wrist. It read 148/85. Those type of BP monitors are not accurate at all when they were tested against the regular cuff. Arlene --------------------------------- Now that's room service! Guest guest
I just got back from the doc...my BP read 178/110 I thought I was having a stroke until they brought in the " machine " the cuff goes on and the machine pumps the air and reads systolic and diastolic pressures. It was 132/88. The doc said that maybe I was nervous when I came in...I said no way...just a bad cuff or reader. They took it again with the :machine " and it was 128/88. Just goes to show ya, mistakes can and are made everyday in the docs office. Jude Pugh wrote: Mine (actually my mother's) is a home use type.
