Guest guest Posted May 31, 2002 Report Share Posted May 31, 2002 It was 6 months yesterday I have lost 79 lbs, from 225 at 5'2 " to 146 BMI was 41(morbidly obese) is now 25(ideal) Dress size was 22 is now 6-8 Waist was 42 is now 28 Used to take 13 Rx meds every day and always felt awful Now I have 1 hormone replacement patch as my ONLY Rx med I feel fine to wonderful most of the time The bills from the surgery are still coming in but the total so far we have to pay after the insurance has covered their part... 1880 for Dr as the assistant for Dr Provost (the insurance does not pay ANY on the assistant surgeon) 695 for the hospital as my co-pay 247 for the anaethesiologist(sp) 40 in office visit copays The expense of my old Rx drug costs after insurance will pay for all of the surgical costs in the first 2 years.
