This is great advice and even for people who are healthy they should try

saunas with caution and supervision. The inability to sweat is a huge

problem for many MS sufferers and so extreme heat is really hard to take

sometimes. I am glad to hear your wife is sweating again and able to

enjoy heat, something we take for granted.
