Guest guest
Hi everyone, I didn't mean infrared saunas, I meant far-infrared reflecting wraps or clothing. My friend with MS swears by it and even wore her FIR long underwear on a Carribean cruise! It alkalizes the tissues thereby eliminating or reducing pain. Lots of athletes use the wraps too. The body and all living things give off far-infrared energy which is the invisible part of the light spectrum (think how good the sun feels and you'll understand what I mean). When you wear the wraps or clothing, this healing energy is reflected back to the body. Yes, really! I don't know much about the infrared sauna but I'll ask a friend who owns one. Her colleauge got rid of excema after 4 sessions in the sauna so they certainly do work but I would be very careful with MS and not do this without checking with a health professional first. They make you sweat a lot which of course causes detox but I would be worried about getting dizzy. Maybe not though. I'll try and find out and I'll post the answer here if I get one.
