As far as doing anything differently, or the agency detecting

any " problem " you have in hearing and understanding the traffic...

I don't think that's possible.

With some, it simply takes a long time.. and the hiring agency

is not willing to invest that amount of time.

And... some people just never get the " ear " where they can hear

and understand all that is going on...

On the bright side, this may not be all bad....

As you've probably found by reading this list, at most agencies

the pay is not what it should be, the hours are usually bad, and

there is little chance for advancement.

You gave it a shot... now go forward and find something that

suits you.
