Guest guest
I'll try to get caught up on the group mail every few days. We're really enjoying California. We took digital photos and uploaded some of them to IDrive.com, but as before with this site it isn't working very well ... just hangs up. We're off to ride bicycles around the area. I would give the diet six months to work its miracles. The cholesterol meds are powerful. If you can be tested again in another four months, your numbers will probably convince your doctor that you are on the right path. Your HDL and your triglycerides are the two most important readings anyway, according to Ron Sebol and others - and yours are fine. Guest guest
Hi Sharon. Ron Sebol is this super-smart diabetic who is a numbers whiz. He is in another group, LC-DIABETES, as well as the Low-Carb Technical Discussion list. He does a lot of research and thinking and experimenting and recordkeeping.
