Walked for 45 minutes and yes - it felt good to get out but darn did I get winded coming uphill. Thanks a :-)) Yep its one of those things I can say - been there - done that :-) I was so proud last time when I started walking and was able to manage those hills without hardly a blink (well at least not all the huffing and puffing) but I let the walking go astray and the same time my diet went astray :-( I'm hoping to stay on track this time. And - WELCOME back - we sure did miss you.
