There is no proven link between MS and Glutenintolerance!

Just some people have couliakie and Ms at the same time.

Benka greetings

making changes in eating habits

Hi Beata,

My name is . I was diagnosed with ms in 2003. I applaud

your efforts in changing your eating habits. When I learned that

Gluten was not good for people with ms. I realized I had to make some

changes. I am currently fully converted from bread with wheat gluten

to non glutenous and non wheat based bread products. Initially I

thought the bread was very dry, but now I think it is great (really).

All the best with your changes in your eating habits.

In the long run it is worth it.

All the best.

Tell that to Ashton Embry who has done major research on diet and MS. Gluten

isn't healthy for anyone.

There's been a lot of research that has linked gluten to inflamatory and

autoimmune disorders not just MS. In time I'm sure it will become more common

place for people to think if diet intolerances (as well as enviornmental

influences) as a contributing factor to their illness'. I personally know from

my own experiences that if I consume wheat I feel worse, even tho I've had both

allergy and intolerance tests done that came out normal. I personally will

lsiten to my body before any Dr or medical test.
